Terms and Conditions to Buy Transportation Services between Airport and City

Children: From 2 to under 12 years old to the date of departure of the first trip of the itinerary
Infants: From 07 days to under 2 years old (up to the date of departure of the first trip for a journey operated entirely by Noibai Airport Services Company (NASCO), counting to the date of departure for the last ride)
Customers agree and comply with the regulations on the number of passengers on each vehicle given and confirmed during the booking process.

b. Passenger transport services between the airport and the city on the Website and the Mobile Application apply only for purchases on this Website and Mobile Application and depend on the flight and vehicle status.
c. Passenger transport services between the airport and your city will not be guaranteed until payment is successful.
d. Confirmation service of passenger transport between the airport and the city will be sent to the email you registered during the service purchase process after successful payment. If you do not receive the Confirmation Letter within 30 minutes after payment, you should immediately contact NASCO Company via email helpdesk@NASCO.com.vn for assistance.

3. Set prices and charges
The total payment includes the Passenger Transport Service between airport and city, taxes, and passenger charges payable on the entire Service.

4. Regulations on changing, refunding the passenger transport service between the airport and the city
When there is a request to change, refund / cancel passenger service between the airport and the city, please contact NASCO Company at helpdesk@NASCO.com.vn.

a. Regulations on carriage of passenger services between the airport and the city
i. Applicable for Airport transfers between the airport and the city in effect and require a refund of 12 hours in advance for the first bus.
ii. Passenger transportation service fees between the airport and the city include:
• For refund requests with the Booking Code within 12 hours to 24 hours (01 day) for the first trip: The refund fee is equivalent to 60% of the booking code.
• For refund requests with the Booking Code from 01 day to 03 days for the first trip: The refund fee is equivalent to 40% of the booking code.
• For refund requests with the Booking Code within 03 days to 07 days for the first trip: The refund fee is equivalent to 20% of the booking code.
• For refund requests with the Booking Code within 7 days to 15 days for the first ride: Refund fee is equivalent to 10% of the booking code.
• For refund requests with the Booking Code for a period of more than 15 days for the first ride: Free refund.
iii. A refund of the Passenger transportation service between the airport and the city will be transferred to you in the form used at checkout.
b. Regulations on changing Passenger Transport Service between the airport and the city: You take the initiative in making new purchases and request a refund for the Booking Code purchased with the refund policy applied as above.

6. Use is strictly prohibited
a. You are not allowed to use the feature of purchasing the Passenger Transport Service between airport and city to make unauthorized bookings, reserve seats, make bookings with false or dishonest information.
b. You are not allowed to:
- Using the service of purchasing Passenger transport services between the airport and the city for illegal acts; or
- Using the service of purchasing the Passenger Transport Service between the airport and the city, which hinders the access and use of this service by others; or
- Use other means to transact online, collect information in case you cannot use the Passenger Transport Service feature between the airport and the city.
c. NASCO Company reserves the right to cancel your request to use this feature without any notice if you find that you are violating, or may violate this usage limit.

7. Personal data

1. General conditions

During vehicle travel, all complaints regarding garage service should be notified directly to the garage at the time of occurrence. We are not responsible for any problems that may have been handled at the vehicle if the garage or passenger carrier is notified. In addition, appeals should be notified to us within 28 days of the occurrence of the complaint.
We are not responsible to you in the event that your booked vehicle service is not performed due to force majeure reasons such as fire, earthquake, flood, heavy snowstorm, disease, explosion. , strike, riot, civil war, war or any similar event that is beyond the control or control of our garage or other service provider.

2. Vehicle description information
The car's star rating is not meant to be based on vehicle quality standards and is not necessarily approved by local authorities.
Images, descriptions on the Website and the Mobile App only provide the most general information about the vehicle. We always endeavor to ensure that the information and descriptions provided are accurate and up to date. However, this information is provided by our vehicle dealers and therefore we cannot guarantee this accuracy and updates.
Vehicle information is displayed in English and some other languages, but it is not guaranteed to have all the languages you want to choose.

3. Vehicle policy

After you have successfully paid for the Passenger Transport Service between the airport and the city, we will send you the Confirmation of Passenger Service between the airport and the city to email. You bring a confirmation letter on the itinerary to present at home and board the car. If you fail to produce your confirmation letter and identity document, you may be denied service.
